Creator & Coach | Cancer Wellness for Life & MyLifestyle Shift

Sami Mansfield, the creator and spark behind the My Lifestyle Shift program, is a world pioneer in exercise oncology and lifestyle medicine. Since 2003, Sami has worked in research, community programs, and academic medicine. She’s created and led lifestyle & wellness programs with patients and clinicians around the world, always focused on turning science into simple, practical strategies for everyone. Her mission is to empower people with lifestyle tools that improve healthspan, support longevity, and help with weight and body composition. Sami continues to grow My Lifestyle Shift with the latest research, keeping it practical and easy to use. From clinical work to education, her passion is helping others find what works for them—inspiring action and real change along the way.

When I was diagnosed with multiple myeloma and realized that the pain I was feeling was the cancer and not just an old body after having a physical job my entire life, I was surprised, angry, and scared. I started to wonder if I would ever not be scared to eat the wrong foods or move wrong, and not be able to walk. This program was the first step towards feeling that I was not just going to be alive after cancer but had the tools and confidence to actually live well! I'm still in treatment, but feel more hopeful than I have since my diagnosis.
