Shift is the how.

Generally, we know what to do. The how is where it falls apart.

After a cancer diagnosis, that how changes overnight. Your body, your energy, even your brain don't respond the way they used to — and nobody hands you the updated instructions. Shift does. The practical, clinically-grounded plan for the body you have now — designed around real life, not a clinic schedule or a concierge budget.

The how not just the why.

Not the encouragement your doctor said as they were walking out the door. Not the one-time nutrition class. Not the referral that came with a copay you couldn't afford. Four reasons Shift is your manual for how to live well after a cancer diagnosis.

  • Built on evidence, not influence

Anchored in the six pillars of lifestyle medicine — nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, connection, and risk reduction. The same evidence your oncologist already trusts.

  • Built for the body you have right now

Chemo brain, fatigue, neuropathy, the energy you actually have today. Shift starts where you are — never where a wellness ad pretends you should be.

  • Built as YOUR toolbox

You choose the habits and the tools that fit your body, your week, your life. Shift gives you the pieces. You build the toolbox to use today and years down the road.

  • Built on 1% habits, not 100% overhauls

Small, doable shifts that fit into real life. The habits that compound — not the ones you abandon by week three.

  • Built so you're never doing it alone

An always-active community of survivors. Live programs you can join in real time. A coach you can DM at 2 a.m. when the worry won't wait.

Knowing what to do was never the problem.

Here's what we hear from survivors: "I've always known what to do. Doing was already hard — busy, overwhelming, frustrated, expensive. Cancer didn't just bring side effects that made me more tired and less able to focus. Every oncology visit, I watched my weight creep up — and every reminder to lose it piled on more guilt, on top of everything else in my life that had already changed."

"Before, my kids stopped asking me to play sports with them. Now, they ask again — and I can say yes."

— Carrie, breast cancer survivor. Eighteen months into Shift, after starting with three small habits. Today, achieving a sustainable lifestyle and losing more than 75 lbs.
