Sami Mansfield, the creator and spark behind the My Lifestyle Shift program, is a world pioneer in exercise oncology and lifestyle medicine. Since 2003, Sami has worked in research, community programs, and academic medicine. She’s created and led health programs with patients and clinicians around the world, always focused on turning science into simple, helpful strategies. Her mission is to empower people with lifestyle tools that improve healthspan, support longevity, and help with weight and body composition. Sami continues to grow My Lifestyle Shift with the latest research, keeping it practical and easy to use. From clinical work to education, her passion is helping others find what works for them—inspiring action and real change along the way.
