Shift is designed for cancer survivors, using evidence-based lifestyle medicine to address the physical, mental, and financial impacts of cancer. We understand how cancer changes your body and focus on empowering you to make positive changes. Through education, resources, and practical tools, Shift helps improve your energy, focus, sleep, stress management, and weight, making integrating these habits into your life easy.

With a career in exercise oncology and lifestyle medicine since 2003, Sami is a global figure in program development, research and implementation contributing to both guidelines and resources for those impacted by cancer through her consulting organization Cancer Wellness For Life. Sami has dedicated her career to using lifestyle strategies as a key component of clinical care to enhance the lives of those who've faced cancer. My Lifestyle Shift was created to simplify research and recommendations, making them accessible to everyone, regardless of who you are or any barriers you may face. Whether your aim is weight management, increased energy, or overall well-being, Sami has created shift for you.
